It has been a pretty good weekend so far:)
Yesterday we got up and made attempt #2 for moving Twilight. It went great!!! She looked at the huge trailer for about 30 seconds and then just walked right in! She has been loaded in a trailer 3 or 4 times in her life for transport so we are all really proud of her. I think that is also a testament to Chad, and shows how much she trusts him! She was shaking really bad as she stepped in but still, just walked right in:)
She did prove us wrong at one point. She is so big that she will not fit in a slant load trailer unless the divider is left open.
Chad is happy with the barn I picked out and it is less than 5 mins from the highway on his way home from work so here is for hoping that that horse gets more time under saddle at this new barn.
We spent the rest of the day bumming around the T/C and just enjoyed family time. Ended the day picking out an airplane that Hannah and Chad can build together, then CRASH! Pics below:)
Today, has been great! I went grocery shopping and once again, kept it well below the $75 mark, below the $65 mark actually!
This afternoon, Hannah and I mixed up some cupcakes:) We made them Orange and black! Yummy!
Tomorrow we start Ee and Hannah is very excited to move on to new ground:) Yesterday as we were driving, she was finding signs and yelling out letters and sounds of the letters. Some of the letters we had not even touched on, so not sure if it is a fluke or just tucked away somewhere in there...:) either way i cheered!!!
