K4 graduation!

We have had a busy week, play dates, lessons, and lessons.

On friday was a big day for us :) She happened to complete her ABeka K4 curric that morning, and later that day, her ABeka K5 curric showed up! I am even more in love with ABeka now :)

Here is Hannah with her K4 Graduation certificate. I am so proud of her and all that she has learned over the last 8 months! She has continued to read, and is now reading words like cute, eat, feed, ate, cake, and so much more! So proud of you Hannah!
We started subtraction on Friday, after spending the first part of the week getting addition down pat. She just grasped subtraction and ran with it! Above is the first page of her learning it.
Ah, cursive! LOVIN' IT! Above is her working on the 'o' and she did wonderful for her 2nd page of working on it
Above we are reviewing the e, i, u, and o. She loves her dry erase board

Hannah was in a modeling mood :) This skirt makes us think of Cindy Lauper for some reason...
MMM! Homemade pretzels!!! Yummy! Hannah and I made these today and they are well worth all of the work and time they take :) HERE is the recipe, they sound scary because you have to boil the pretzel before you bake but it really isn't that big of a deal :) The dark brown ones are cinnamon and sugar, the lighter ones are salted. All 3 of us agree the the cinnamon ones are totally kick butt!
